I know that all of you have had a putt that you didn’t think would make it to the hole, but it kept rolling and eventually went in. When you observe good putters, their ball seems to keep rolling even when you thought they didn’t hit it hard enough. My good friend, Blair Philip, wanted to know the characteristics of the putt that create this perfect roll. Blair is a putter designer, an inventor of golf club shafts, a former Asian tour player, and a person in search of knowledge. When Yes Golf was sold to Adams Golf, Blair was hired by Adams Golf and he immediately brought in several physicists to find out what creates the perfect roll of the golf ball. They provided him with some interesting information, and I am going to share the three physics laws of putting that create the perfect roll. If all three of these laws are incorporated into your putting stroke, you are probably a great putter. If not, you can become one. I hope you enjoy the video.
